Job Description:
As an Inside Sales Business Development Representative (BDR) at Alea Protection, you will play a crucial role in expanding our B2B market presence by identifying and qualifying potential customers. Your responsibilities will include outbound prospecting, engaging leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly driven, enjoys engaging with people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, emails, and social media outreach to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Research and identify potential customers based on ideal customer profiles.
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate and detailed lead information.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation.
- Follow up on inbound leads to convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs for lead generation and prospecting activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role (preferably in B2B sales).
- Mut be bilingual (French and English)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive) is a plus.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience in the menstrual care or sustainable products sector is a plus but not required.
